We were just walking, when suddenly, I see the most beautiful thing in the world. A chain that is about three and a half feet off the ground. I tell Rachel that I’m going to jump over that. For those who know me very well, you should know that I like to jump over tall big things. So I’m running towards it, then I remember I have to jump.

So I jump at the last minute, my shin/ foot runs into the chain, I do the worm in mid-air, hit my ribs and knee really hard, my other leg hits the concrete pretty hard also, I get a scratch on both arms, and get the wind knocked out of me for about five minutes. So there Rachel is, laughing her face off.

Then she asked me why I did that, and I literally wheeze ” why didn’t you stop me?” So I get up and I am in pain and feel like I am going to die. So my ribs are is swollen, so is my knee, and basically my whole thigh. So, in the middle of the night, both me and Rachel are sleeping on our stomachs.

All of a sudden, Rachel’s foot jerks out and kicks my badly bruised thigh and I am ready to scream but hold it. Later on in the night Rachel is half on top of me and I almost fall off the bed but don’t. I tell Rachel all about this in the morning and she says ” I did?” So what did I get out of that sleep-over, you are asking yourselves.

Sprained ribs, a smashed knee-cap, a very swollen thigh, two painful scrapes, and a Rachel that keeps saying ” I’m so sorry. I’m so sorry.” Over and over again.

So, yeah. It was a fun sleep-over.
